Section 73
Petition can be made to the court hearing the appeal
The party who is not satisfied with the arrest or the specified bond, surety or bank guarantee according to this paragraph can file a petition to the court hearing the appeal up to one level. However, an application can be made to the court that hears appeals at a higher level on the question that the order of imprisonment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for life or ten years or more has been revoked.
